Privacy Policy

Renoah, Inc. ("Renoah," "we," "us") provides water damage restoration and related services in Southern California. This policy explains what information we collect through www.renoahoc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us.

• Inspection request: your name, your phone number, and the type of problem you choose.
• Feedback: your name, address, phone number and message, an optional star rating, and whether you'd like us to contact you.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and Google Analytics collect standard technical information:

• your IP address
• your browser and device type
• the pages you view and the site that sent you
• your approximate location (about city level)
• when you visited

We also record when someone taps our phone number or sends a form, but not what they typed.

Phone calls. The phone number on our site may be a tracking number from our call-tracking service. When you call it, the service records:

• the number you're calling from
• the time and length of the call
• which page, search or ad brought you to our site

If a call is recorded, you'll hear a notice at the start of the call.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, schedule and do the work, and follow up with you
• To review and improve our service, using your feedback
• To understand how people find and use the site, so we can improve it
• To keep the site secure and block spam
• To meet our legal, tax and insurance record-keeping obligations

Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers who work for us: our website host, our email delivery service, our email and office software, our call-tracking service, and our job scheduling software. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Google Analytics: it receives the technical information described above. See "Cookies and analytics" below.
• Your insurance company or adjuster: when you ask us to work with them on your claim.
• Our affiliated companies: within Olson Superior Holdings, only when needed to provide a service you asked for.
• When the law requires it: or to protect the rights, property or safety of Renoah, our customers or others.
• If our business changes hands: if Renoah is sold or merges with another company, information may transfer as part of that deal.

We don't sell or share your personal information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not give it to other companies for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. It sets cookies in your browser and sends information about your visit to Google. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy. We have turned off Google's advertising features.

We also use CallRail, a call-tracking service. It sets cookies so it can show you a phone number that tells us how you found us, and it links your call to that visit.

Apart from Google Analytics and CallRail, we don't let other companies track your activity on our site.

To stop Google Analytics, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do Not Track: some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our site does not currently respond to that signal.

How long we keep it

• Inspection requests and feedback: as long as we need them to serve you, and as long as the law, our taxes and our insurance require.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months.

How we protect it

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only people who need your information can see it. No website or storage system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information you've given us through this site. Email help@renoahoc.com or call (949) 340-3006. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep. Making a request won't change how we treat you.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
